SP5DER offers a 14-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original SP5DER packaging, ensuring all holographic tags and dust bags are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the authenticity and condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
